Demika Cherry is the proud owner and founder of Cherry Solutions Enterprise, a locally owned family business. In November 2018, she founded the company with a mission to provide employment opportunities for individuals with cognitive and mental health disorders in rural communities.

Cherry Solutions Enterprise  was born out of a desire to empower employees and deliver a pristine environment to our valued customers. As a dedicated mother and experienced professional with a background in working with individuals diagnosed with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder, I am deeply committed to advocating for their needs and fostering their personal growth. Through my work, I have witnessed these individuals' challenges in securing and maintaining employment. Employment not only provides purpose and financial stability but also fosters independence and mobility.
